All flower arrangements are subject to availability. In the event of supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute flowers, foliage, or packaging with alternatives of equal or greater value and quality, without prior notice. The overall style and color palette will be maintained as closely as possible to the original design.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices listed on the website are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and exclude shipping fees, unless otherwise stated. Full payment is required before an order can be processed and dispatched.
4. Delivery Policy
We strive to deliver your orders on the requested date and time slot. However, exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed due to factors such as traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. It is the customer\'s responsibility to ensure that the recipient’s address and contact details are accurate.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date to be eligible for a refund. Orders that are already processed or in transit cannot be cancelled or refunded.
6. Quality and Complaints
We take pride in the quality of our fresh flowers. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the flowers, along with photographic evidence. Complaints made after this period may not be entertained.
